How Do I Consign?

1.  Register Today!  Submit your registration application online.  Within a few days you will receive registration confirmation and you will be assigned a Consignment Number for your item tags.

2.  Start Getting your Items Ready!

• We ask that each consignor have at least 20 items to sell.
• All clothes must be new or gently used.
• Girl's clothing size 5T and up should be no older than 5 year.
• All clothes must be able to zip correctly, have buttons, no holes, no stains.
• Sets sell better than separates, so match up separates when you can.
• Clothing must be in excellent condition, washed and ironed.
• Toys must have batteries if needed to operate.
• All toys must be CLEAN!!!
• View list of acceptable items.

3.  Tag, Hang, Bag, and Price your items correctly!  Follow the Tagging and Pricing Instructions.  If items aren't properly tagged they will be given to charity.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

4.  Drop Off your Consignment Items! 

• You will sign up for a Drop-Off Appointment when you register.  Your $10.00 consignment fee (cash only) will be due at this time.
• When you bring your items, they will be inspected for quality, cleanliness, proper hanging, and proper tagging.  Outdated clothing may not be accepted, at the discretion of the consignment team.  Please do not take it personally if some of your items are not accepted!
• After they have been inspected, you will place your clothing items in the proper area.

5.  Volunteer at the Sale!

• You or a family member must volunteer at least 4 hours during the sale to help with the running of the sale.
• You will sign up for a volunteer time when you register.
• Upon arrival, you will be given instructions and assigned an area to work.

6.  Too Busy?  Wish to try Valet Consigning?

• Submit registration application, then contact Tina at 314-387-1266 to arrange a drop-off time by April 16th.
• Drop off your clean, folded items and your $10 consignment fee.
• We will do the rest, and you will receive 50% of the profits!

7.  Shop for Great Deals!

• All Consignors get to shop early, on Thursday, April 29 at 8:00 PM.
• Have fun finding great quality clothes, toys, and furniture at great prices!
• Go by the ATM; We will accept cash only.

8.  Make a Profit!

• You get 80% of the proceeds from your items.
• 20% will go towards Ferguson Nazarene Children's ministry .  

9.  Pick up your Unsold Items!

• Items not picked up will be given to charity.
