Checking out a door key is the responsibility of individual scheduling event. You may secure key through the church office from 8am-3pm M-F.
Permission must be secured from AV Director to use Audio-Visual Equipment. Individual scheduling use is responsible for securing permission.
I will be responsible to return all rooms/areas used to a clean, organized condition and all furniture/equipment will be returned to it’s proper place.
I understand that this event is not “scheduled” until proper approval is obtained.
